Returns Policy

Lurella allows customers to return unused items purchased on our website within 14 days, whereas if the return is due to defect or error in the product, we will bear the shipping costs for the return.

The amount paid will be refunded within 4 weeks after you dispatch the product to us. The time required comprises the time elapsed in the product to reach us, processing your refund internally and also the time required by your bank to process our refund request.

Initiating a return request is easy, you have to reach the intended order via “Complete Orders” in the My Account menu after logging in. Then you have to click the return items button. As soon as the returned item reaches us and is processed, you will be notified via email. We are not responsible for any damage or defects to items bought from a third party. Any issues of this nature should be directed to the supplying party.

Shipping Policy and Service

There are no regional restrictions from our side for delivering Lurella Cosmetics, so we can ship to any location around the world other than countries restricted by OFAC. Shipments can also be restricted by regional restrictions on certain products or elements, so make sure that the products you are ordering online are allowed to import as per the regulations of your country.

The shipment process is very swift and the orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. The shipments are not processed on weekends and orders made after 9 am PST will be shipped out on next business day. So if you complete an order on Friday after 9 am PST, your order will be processed on Monday. After the order is dispatched, it might take around 24-48 hours for tracking details to get updated.

Moreover, there are two methods of shipments we offer to our customers i.e. Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) and Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) orders. With DDP orders, the customs duties and taxes charged by the regulatory authorities of destinations countries will be included in the prices of the product and the customers will receive their orders at their doorstep. Whereas with DDU orders, the customers will have to take care of the duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedure to receive their order at the port.

The shipping rates our products are generally based on their weight rounded off to next full pound, so to get an idea regarding the shipment rates of each product, refer to the product details page that carries an accurate weight of the products.
