REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds will not be given for any items not completely wrapped in it's original packaging.

Once a refund is processed, you will receive an email notifying that the refund has been processed.

All refunds normally take 1 - 2 business days to be sent to your bank. Depending on your bank, refunds can take an additional 1 - 2 business days to appear in your account.

This time table begins after a returned item is received in our office.

Products need to be unopened and in original condition to be eligible for a refund. The items must be returned to our distribution center in this same condition.
