$72. 00 box failed

I ordered a box for $72. 00 and was told for $50. 00 I would get four $15. 00 each but Alex said he would take good care of me if I could wait one day as they were out of them so I said yes as I wanted the Lafufu’s so I ordered the $72. 00 live box and received three? I wrote and asked why and they said they were $30. 00 each? The customer service email told me that’s the best they could do. I have been a loyal customer till now. The last few boxes have been declining. I looked for the same item online and found they have been marking them up a lot and sent them the proof and got no response. Beware of what they promise.
